    Our process begins with a consultation to discuss your vision and preferences. We then create digital sketches for your approval. After feedback and revisions, we deliver the final design files for your fashion house or weaver to execute.

  • 4. What is the turnaround time for a custom design?

    The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. Initial sketches are usually delivered within a few days, with final designs provided within 1–2 weeks after approval and revisions

  • 5. How many revisions can I request?

    Clients are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions on the initial design sketches. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed upfront.

  • 6. What are your payment terms?

    We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before starting any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final design. Full payment is required before delivering the final files.
